Please note that the issue is with the user initiated conversations, it is not related to templates.
We are using it for 3 years and we know how it works and the limitation for business initiated templates.
But the issue here is we can't reply to conversation initiated by the user within the first minute.
@valeriansaliou @crisp_im The issue seems to be with the WhatsApp plugin, as weโre getting a billing error when sending messages. Weโve been using Crisp for over three years without any problems, so this is the first time weโve encountered something like this.

Does DigitalOcean offer a solution for a multi-location database to reduce latency between the origin servers and the database, especially when using a load balancer with multiple origin servers and a centralized database?
