@hbomax new episodes of @RickandMorty are supposed to be available on the app the day after they air however it’s been two days and still no season nine episode one…
@BurgerKing it’s hard to “have it your way” when your app removes modifiers before transmitting orders to restaurants. Making it worse is your awful customer support. Needless to say, I won’t be returning…
Made the mistake of buying an @Apple gift card from @7eleven - it wasnt activated. The problem is so common that Apple had to extend the time to resolve this from 3 days to 10, because to deal with everyone they’ve scammed out of money.
@SquarespaceHelp, why suggest that customers hit you up on here, if you're just going to ignore us? At this point I just want to transfer all my domains to a different provider, but that still requires you to deal with the problem before I can.
@SquarespaceHelp my custom email has been down for nearly a week and the only response I’ve gotten from you was an automated “we’re still working on it” email. Shouldn’t take so long to resolve such a critical issue…
I've tried to be calm about the tragedy @Sonos has become, but I've reached my limit. Words I'd now use to describe @Sonos: Clunky. Spotty, Broken, & Embarrassing (who wants to play music w/ others present when you know it's gonna be a hot mess).
Attn @Target Shoppers - Be warned their Holiday price match guarantee is a total scam. They have clearly trained their employees on how to refuse to honor it. #ShopperBeware #
@googlemaps You know knowingly choosing to only publicly publish positive reviews of businesses on Google and hiding the negatives ones violates the FTC Act. Here's an example; https://t.co/AJXP5dad8d
2. My only relationship to this business is as a well documented customer/lessee. While I may have a neg. opinion of this business, I am not alone, nor should it preclude me from reviewing my exp. w/ them on your platform.
Ppl. Might trust n ur platform, when u stop suppressing users who share a neg. Experience w/ a business u take money from. Got this email, which is hilarious given 1. I’ve reported several reviews posted by actual employees of this business, but u did nothing about it.
@bouncingkittie Hi Ryan, reviews that our automated recommendation software determine to be less reliable or useful, or which are written by less established or active users we don’t know enough about, are moved to a ‘not currently recommended’ section. Learn more: https://t.co/RvnMWFHFXx
@yelpsupport why are u removing/ suppressing reviews written by actual tenants who live in my building & are fellow members of our Tenants Union but then allow the property mgrs. friends & coworkers to write fake positive reviews w/o the same censorship? https://t.co/3cdWDnKXeU
@Yelp It's because theyve spent their entire lives being marginalized & told they dont matter, making them terrified of rocking the boat. Writing public reviews about their experiences was huge progress for them.
@Yelp It took our union leaders months to get some of the tenants to even take a flyer about us, & several more before they would come to our meetings. It wasn't because they weren't living in poor conditions or having other problems, Nope.
