@primarycarechat Love this slide - only beef I have is recommending Dymista by name, as it’s quite expensive vs. just RX’ing OTC or generic Fluticasone and RX Azelastine separately. Yes, 1 spray easier than 2 - but Dymista is $100+ bottle self-pay, $70+ bottle minimum w/ GoodRx coupon.

To those who think herd immunity is the answer

Need 70-80% of population to get infected
> 230 million cases
1% death rate = 2,300,000 deaths

Doesn't take into account long-term morbidity

Oh, and we don't know if you can get it again making herd immunity impossible
