The legal system route outside the church structure is just to ensure that the person making the request is actually the person on the records, but perhaps the bishop creates & submits the same document.

@jacelala Even from a purely pragmatic standpoint… She’s someone who spends hours at a time supposedly trying to convince Latter-day Saints to adopt her interpretation of scripture, does she think Latter-day Saint will now be more or less likely to listen to her message? It’s an odd move.

There is one version w/the TC uploaded by the church (with a different tune) and then just a couple other (much smaller) performances.
