Realitas dibagi menjadi dua spektrum yang sebenarnya adalah satu kesatuan.
Manusia adalah alam semesta kecil(jagat alit/mikrokosmos) yang meliputi fisik, mental, astral, dan spiritual.

Sedangkan jagat gedhe/makrokosmos yaitu alam semesta diluar diri manusia meliputi galaksi, bintang, bumi, air, udara, ruang wujud, waktu, hingga hukum-hukum fisika dan metafisika yang mengatur pergerakan benda langit.

Hubungan antara jagat alit dan jagat gedhe merupakan hubungan fraktal (seperti potongan cermin yang pecah, setiap pecahan kecil tetap memantulkan seluruh ruangan secara utuh).

Mengapa manusia disebut sebagai replika alam semesta? Karena materi dan energi yang membangun jagat gedhe persis sama dengan apa yang membangun jagat alit.

Ada lima unsur utama atau elemen dasar pembentuk alam semesta dan tubuh manusia yaitu:

1. Pertiwi (tanah/zat padat) membentuk tanah, batu, daging, tulang, pulau, dan kulit.
2. Apah (air/zat cair) unsur yang menyusun cairan tubuh, darah, keringat, laut, dan sungai.
3. Teja (api/cahaya) memberikan energi panas, suhu tubuh, metabolisme, dan cahaya matahari.
4. Bayu (udara/angin) yaitu atmosfer, nafas, angin, badai, sirkulasi oksigen.
5. Akasa (eter/ruang kosong) ruang hampa tempat planet berada, rongga tubuh dan ruang didalam sel yang merupakan wadah bagi keempat unsur lainnya.

Secara esoteris, pusat-pusat energi dalam tubuh manusia (sistem cakra) adalah "gerbang pemancar" yang terhubung langsung dengan frekuensi kosmis.

Pikiran dan emosi manusia (jagat alit) memancarkan frekuensi elektromagnetik yang memengaruhi medan energi di sekitarnya (jagat gedhe).

Sebaliknya, siklus kosmis (seperti pergerakan planet, fase bulan, dan badai matahari) secara langsung memengaruhi psikologis dan biologis manusia.

Kesadaran manusia adalah titik di mana alam semesta menyadari dirinya sendiri. Alam semesta mengeksplorasi dirinya melalui panca indra manusia. Ketika kamu melihat bintang di langit malam, sebenarnya alam semesta sedang memandang dirinya sendiri melalui matamu.
