@orthonormalist I think you could get a 409A done and use that as the purchase price for common stock. that would almost certainly be lower than the valuation unless you have significant revenue
that might be more upfront cash but beneficial for QSBS
@eigenrobot many such cases. I’ve worked primarily in JS for years and I still have the voice in my head that JS is meant for small interactions on hypertext, not meant to build applications
bandwidth and CPU are both a blessing and curse
@webdevcody yeah, the newest models are better in some ways, but I don’t think there’s been a fundamental shift in coding output or workflow since opus 4.5
