How are we doing UI design these days when rapidly building new products with AI code generation?

Old school design software like Figma?
New ai powered design tools like Claude Design?
Or do we just let the AI coding agent wing it?

It's almost entirely audio based, so you can even use it while gardening, you know, as long as you don't mind being spotted obsesively asking your tomatoes things like "how much is a soda?" in Spanish...
