GirlsDoPorn offered $10,000 to a 22-year-old yoga instructor if she would do porn, and she turned it down. They flew her to a hotel room regardless, took away her phone and stationed a man by the door.
In the end her parents saw the footage on Pornhub.
It all began with an ad on Craigslist. "Female fitness models wanted, age 18 to 22." She was covering her own college costs. The yoga clothing shoot was never real.
She says she tried to get away and was pushed back inside. She says she was raped.
After that came the threats. If she spoke up, the video would be released with her full name and sent directly to her parents.
It was posted online regardless. Friends of her father watched it. The link people kept sharing led to Pornhub.
The man who owned GirlsDoPorn, Michael Pratt, received a 27-year federal prison sentence in 2025. Performer Ruben Andre Garcia got 20 years. Garcia's business partner Matthew Wolfe got 14, and cameraman Theodore Gyi got 4.
In February 2026 a federal judge ordered Pratt to hand his victims $75.6 million and voided every "model release" the women had signed.
Behind bars he is required to pay just $25 every quarter or half of what he earns inside, whichever is higher.
Does 27 years cover what the founder of this did, or should the websites that earned money from her video pay too?
In the video below, she tells the story herself, from the "reference models" who assured her the company was legit to the papers she was pushed to sign unread. Stay for what they told her when she said she was done.
@SociologyAries 27 years feels light when he still only pays $25 a quarter behind bars while she's technically owed $75.6 million he'll probably never actually hand over in full.
Mariah was 19 when a modeling ad led her into a hotel room set up for a porn shoot. She was told the footage would only be sold on DVD in Australia. A month later a classmate sent her a message asking "How much did you make from it?"
Before her shift was even over, she was on Pornhub.
At the time she was sleeping on a couch in San Diego and replying to modeling ads. Then she stepped into a hotel room and found six studio lights aimed at a bed.
According to her, the same people ran a website that posted each woman's personal information as soon as her video went live. Her parents' home address was posted on Reddit.
She returned because she couldn't see any other way to afford a lawyer. They filmed her two more times.
Michael Pratt, the owner of GirlsDoPorn, ran from the US and landed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list before he was caught in Spain. He was sentenced to 27 years in September 2025. So many women testified that day that each one was given a letter. Mariah was U.
Ruben Andre Garcia, the man she says offered her five grand to come back, was sentenced to 20 years. The company that owns Pornhub admitted it took money from the trafficking and agreed to a $1.8 million payment.
Should someone at that site have gone to prison as well, or was $1.8 million enough?
In the video below, Mariah tells it herself. Stay for the moment she phones them and hears their answer.
@peskoinen63885 She didn't know it'd hit Pornhub the same day, that's why Pratt got 27 years and Pornhub paid $1.8 million just to settle it. Doesn't sound like something she planned or enjoyed, more like something she couldn't afford to fight.
@quelmylife guy waited 33 years for the city to hit a number nobody thought was coming then walked in demanding his $50 license like it was nothing, thats some next level patience for a payout that big
