@mnolangray Most importantly, these HPRs are being built by purchasing true starter homes on 1/3 acre lots (mid century 2 or 3 bed, 1ba) for $250k - $450k, and then tearing them down.
@TheRealEstateG6 Makes sense. Sorry if I’ve missed it elsewhere, but do you anticipate hiring a a full team of acquisitions/asset mgmt/ even property management in house at some point, or is your objective to stay lean and solo?
