@Calum_OBM Thanks Calum for your reply. The occasional times I take a 188/199 bus in the morning from near that junction, towards Deptford, it crawls along (I mean time waiting for bus + time actually on it) seemingly because of the lights frequently changing. Interesting about Norway St.

@Calum_OBM Re: Norman Road, has any thought been given to making the Norman Road/Creek Road intersection a roundabout rather than current traffic lights? Traffic on Creek Road gets bunched up (waiting for lights) and there’s relatively low volume most of the time coming from Norman Road/NCQ

I have just been told by Amex that there’s nothing they can do and my dispute has been closed. This is the first dispute I’ve ever raised, and I was expecting more protection from egregious charges. 4/5
