In previous "hash wars" we had 2 competing rulessets, each had good intentions from their perspective. But in recent BSV attacks, it was obvious the attacking chain has bad intentions by its very nature. There's no question that dishonest/ill intentioned chains should be ignored.

The notion that double spend on chain makes a fraud permanent & acceptable needs to die. Miners can & will act & even if they don't there's a barrage of other remedies available. Bitcoin doesn't define custody, it records it. Records can be appended to when they need correcting.
