If the National Assembly fails to commence Impeachment Proceedings against @MBuhari, we must invoke Section 69 of the 1999 Constitution to recall our representatives from @nassnigeria for loss of confidence in that member.
If we fail to do this, we are our problem
I watched this video this morning and it did something to my Spirit.
Look at the passion. The fire. This is not something you can fake. Living Faith for real!

Respectfully, this Kenyan Youth strategy of waiting till next election would fail in Nigeria. A better strategy is to recall these politicians before their tenure end. Accountability in governance is not only during election cycles (once in 4 years for Nigeria)
Nigerian youths need to be intentional, Kenyan youths protesting against the finance bill have already told parliamentarians that voted in favour of the bill that they will not retain their seats in the next elections. The youths are ready to get active politically. In Nigeria, you will see some youths defend these politicians.
What Does a 188MW Geometric Power Plant Mean for Residents of Aba?
Here are my immediate thoughts on this very important milestone in the future of the power sector in Nigeria.
It is easy to confuse yield with valuation.
1. Buy land for N100m in yr 2000
2. Land appreciated to N200m in yr 2005
3. Build a duplex and rent it out for N10m
4. House value has appreciated 100%
5. Yield on investment is 10% (N10/N100)
6. You compare yield, not value, across asset classes. Thus, you compare the dividend yield of stocks to the coupon yield of bonds or to the rental yield of property
7. you don't compare the increase in the valuation of stocks to, say, a house or bonds
8. Yield measures what you invested and compares to what you got out
9. good investors are looking for high yield with low valuation, i.e. a discount to earnings
10. Average investors are overpaying for valuation to capture lower yield, i.e a premium
Summary? Investors look at yield, not valuation.
This is more than a Poem. This is Nigeria and Nigerians in 1 minute. 😩😭🇳🇬

“In order for us to enjoy our holidays, a token has been sent to our various accounts by the Clark of the National Assembly.” —Godswill Akpabio, President of the Nigerian Senate.
He didn’t realize he was still on a live TV, they are suffocating the poor with suffering and enjoying themselves. They don’t care about you and I. SAD!

Many Nigerians thought that Josh2Funny went to America's got talent to shame us. Lol. They probably didn't get the joke. Josh went there to sell his market and the producers of the Show were most certainly in on it. And he gave a FANTASTIC STAND-UP COMEDY SHOW!
What he did can be likened to a comic interlude, much like we have musical breaks on Shows!
He got the crowds roaring - after the initial confusion! 🤣
He got Simon (who hardly smiles) cheering and clapping!
His words were clear, distinct and fresh!
He bodied the moment and of course, he's likeable.
Just watch him get mainstreamed into the American comedy world — collabos with Trevor Noah, Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, Kevin Hart etc.
I love that for him.
Well done, Josh!

@Hchima Shettima is deemed to have accepted the nomination on the date written on the form (14 July 2022) not the date INEC received the form (15 July). The moment he accepted without first withdrawing from senatorial race, he violated the EA. Withdrawing on 15th is medicine after death
