@MayorofLondon Please may I ask why Zip cards have been made so flimsy considering children need to use these for a few years. My child got hers in September and it is already cracked and has not been able to use it this morning to get out of her destination station!
@lorraine I have also raised a complaint with @Clarion_Group who have since admitted their shortcomings. A major overhaul needs to be implemented in the bereavements space. @edfenergy
@lorraine companies like @edfenergy and #Clarionhousinggroup make the bereavement process so much harder when their bereavement team/customer service staff lack the training & emotional intelligence to follow processes and communicate with families of the deceased.

@Pret what has happened to your Sea Salt & Cider Vinegar crisps?! ๐ฑI bought some yesterday & was unable to eat them. They taste as if a whole salt cellar has been poured into this one bag. The level of salt makes them inedible. Not happy ๐

@TfL@MayorofLondon I thought the #ElizabethLine would be the answer to prayers, yet running 1, 2 & 4 train to Abbey Wood & 3 & 5 train to Shenfield with 17 min waits in between is beyond frustrating & unacceptable! Pls regulate this schedule!

@CostaCoffee pls tell me why there is such inconsistency with the pricing for your take away drinks. I usually pay ยฃ3.70 for a large skinny decaf mocha. One place charges ยฃ4 then another ยฃ3.95. What is going on?
@McDonalds it is very disappointing that you still do not serve decaf tea or coffee! The reasoning I received from head office was v lame. Perhaps you should have a word with @CostaCoffee surely you guys can come to an arrangement?!

@JohnLewisRetail#StratfordCity daughter took part in the Easter Hunt. Clues in Toy & Gift Food sections were nowhere to be found. The only member of staff who was kind enough to help was Rommel. He went out of his way to help us. Staff on pay desk literally said Can't help u!
