@JetBlue #jetblue changed the Customer Bill of Rights in April that SIGNIFICANTLY changed what customers are owed. From $250 real dollars for a controllable delay of 6 hours or more to 5000 Trueblue points worth about $70.00. This airline is getting worse every flight.
