@SkyHelpTeam who can I speak with about internet being out? I’ve run the test on MySky app which tells me the internet is fine but my router clearly says differently.
@SkyHelpTeam It flashes orange a few times then goes out completely for a while before repeating the process. I’ve tried switching the router off and on again.
@RoyalMailHelp morning, wondering if you can help. I’m waiting for a delivery, should have arrived yesterday. Email says it’ll now be today but tracking shows it’s being held yesterday for surcharge payment but I’ve had no contact on that? Thanks

@TUIUK Hi Nicola, thanks for your reply, I’ll look into that. I’ve been reading some horrific reviews of the airline we are currently booked with this morning so not feeling confident for our holiday.
@Dreams_Beds can you explain to me the point of giving a delivery window if your drivers are just going to turn up early when they like and leave the bed delivery outside without any approval?
