Almost a month now since an @Uber_RSA partner driver drive off with my luggage bag in his car boot/trunk. To date @Uber_Support @Uber @Uber_RSA hasn't given me any vaild response after reporting the issue so many times.

I was robbed by an @Uber_RSA driver on the 26th of September, the driver goes by the names Mnotho Sibusiso car registration is HM95SC GP. I've contacted both @Uber_Support & @Uber_RSA to assist me, all they keep saying is the matter is being handled by their special team.
