This was originally a letter that I wrote to a gifted athlete after a few lackluster races. The result was a monster PR followed by their best season. I have since used it with other athletes. This version is from legendary British coach Peter Thompson (he added John Walker’s pic). Thought it might be useful to some athletes in championship season.

The IOWA Foundation is about to kick off a summer running program for kids in Des Moines and it is FREE! The goal of the 6-week program is to get kids out on trails/parks in Des Moines and show them they can get active through running which doesn't cost anything.

Visited @FFSeattle yesterday and had the amazing opportunity to meet Brian Morrison. He is featured in @TheGingerRunner “A Decade On”. Such an awesome & inspiring story. If you haven’t seen it, search it up on YouTube. Brian was as humble in person as portrayed in the movie.
