FORBIDDEN STUDIOS PRESENTS: WHEN PILOT IS FIGHTING, PLUMBER IS FLYING
One plane. One sword. One plumbing emergency.
The biggest Bollywood action psyop of the year has arrived.
Being forcefully pro-Palestine is the most efficient way to weed all the worst people out of your life.
It takes care of them all. Zionists. Islamophobes. Apathetic narcissists. Unthinking herd-minded right wing ideologues. Abuser-enabling “both sides” moral cowards. Emotionally stunted man-babies who turn every challenging conversation into an “allow me to play devil’s advocate” mental exercise to avoid feeling normal human feelings. Leaned-back, too-cool-for-the-current-thing victims of western meta-irony brain rot. It’s like spraying yourself with asshole repellant.
Supporting Palestine doesn't automatically make you a good person; opposing genocide and apartheid is just the basic bare-minimum position we're all morally obligated to take. But supporting Israel against the Palestinians absolutely does automatically make you a bad person.
Palestine is an interesting issue in that someone’s position on it doesn’t merely tell you about their politics, it tells you who they are as a person. If they can listen to you talk about all the horrific things Israel has done in Gaza and still have an objection to your position on the matter, then they’re not the sort of person you want in your life. If they can look at all those videos of shrapnel-shredded children and the satellite images showing entire neighborhoods pulverized to powder and then still think you’re the problem for opposing those things, then they’re showing you that there is something profoundly wrong with them as human beings.
I haven’t lost a single relationship I care about in these last three years. I’ve alienated a few obnoxious old acquaintances whom I’ve never liked, but all the people I actually value and want to keep in my life are fully on my side when it comes to hating Israel and supporting the Palestinians. Turns out I had done a pretty good job of surrounding myself with decent human beings in the years prior to the Gaza holocaust, but if I hadn’t I would have driven away the genocide supporters without a moment’s hesitation, and I would have been glad that circumstances forced them to expose their true nature to me.
You don’t even need to be that dramatic about it, though. Simply holding your position and refusing to be bullied out of it is generally all it takes to get such individuals to step away from you. If they know you think their whole worldview is wrong and that their values system is depraved, and they know they can’t talk you out of that perspective, then they’re probably not going to want to hang out with you.
In a world that has gone mad, it’s important to find little signposts of clarity to help you morally orient yourself so you don’t get swept up in the insanity with the herd. Palestine is one such signpost, because it’s such a blatantly obvious moral position to hold on to. But in a world that has gone mad, insisting on sanity will often turn the insane against you.
💵 Bill Gates warns that AI is set to eliminate jobs on a massive scale. Of those who predict it will create more jobs than it destroys, he said, "I don't understand what they're thinking."
Gates said coding is the first profession where AI has become reliable enough to replace human workers, and predicted accounting, legal work, telesales and customer support will follow within a few years.
He rejected the argument that cheaper AI will create enough new demand to keep people employed. Longer-lasting tires, he noted, didn't make people drive more; they just meant fewer jobs making tires.
Gates said the disruption could last 20 years or more before AI delivers what he called "super abundance.” He says this generation's job is to get through it with humanity still in control, keeping bioterror events and job losses to a minimum "over what's probably a 20 year plus transition period."
He proposed making companies pay the same payroll tax on AI and robot labor as on human workers, and designating child care, elder care and parts of medicine and education as "human reserved" jobs.

For more than two months, I have been working on a truly horrific story about one of the gravest war crimes committed by the United States since Vietnam: The bombing of the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab, Iran. It was one of the first targets struck in the opening hours of the war on February 28, 2026.
At least 156 people were killed in the U.S. cruise missile strikes—120 of them were children and 26 were teachers. We spoke to survivors, first responders, parents, doctors, teachers, psychologists, and other witnesses. Some of them had never before shared their experiences of that day.
It would be impossible to do justice to what happened in Minab that day with words alone. In more than 25 years in journalism and reporting on war, I do not believe I have reported on a more heinous single crime.

It's a specious claim that artificial superintelligence will benefit everyone. Humanity's problems are not caused by a lack of intelligence, our problems are caused by greedy plutocrats like Zuckerberg. It's like a serial killer telling us we can stop serial killing by making serial killers smarter.
The argument hinges on the premise that humanity is suffering because we're just not smart enough to come up with the right solutions, when in reality that hasn't been the case for a very long time. Humanity has had the technology and resources to solve all its major problems for generations; we've just chosen to use our technology and resources making rich people richer instead.
We've long had the ability to end extreme poverty, to stop destroying our biosphere, to stop waging wars, to stop pillaging the global south at unfair prices, to stop imposing starvation sanctions, to end genocides, to remove money from politics, to institute true democracy, to create a well-informed electorate free from propaganda brainwashing, and to provide everyone with a decent standard of living. This hasn't failed to happen due to our lack of superintelligence, it has failed to happen because the people with the power and the money actively stop it from happening.
No amount of added cleverness is going to make plutocrats less greedy, make warmongers less bloodthirsty, make politicians less corrupt, make empire managers less tyrannical, make imperial propagandists less deceitful and manipulative, or make capitalists less exploitative and ecocidal. Give them artificial superintelligence and they'll just use it to grab up more money and control, just like they're doing with the AI of the present day.
We can already see that AI is not making the world a better place. It's already taking away jobs, facilitating war crimes and mass surveillance, poisoning art, and making people crazy and stupid. We're already witnessing the results of more intelligent AI. Continuing to say we just need the AI to be more intelligent is like taking a pill to get healthy, having a terrible reaction to the medicine, and then deciding we just need to dramatically increase the dose.
Artificial superintelligence isn't going to solve all our problems because our problems don't arise from insufficient intelligence. We don't need artificial superintelligence, we need basic human kindness. We need justice. We need ethics. No matter how much intelligence we add to the AI soup, it's never going to magically add up to simple human morality. Which is what we're actually going to need if we're going to create a healthy world.
I am afraid that Francesca has been mislead. The term antisemitism was coined by a Zionist (Steinschneider in 1860) in criticism of a scholar (Renan) who was actually a Judeophile and believed that Semites were inferior to the Aryan race. He did not - however - believe that speakers of Yiddish (Ashkenazi Jews) were Semites. He thought they were too 'civilised'.
Steinschneider had form. In 1838 he and two lifelong friends (one of whom was later the editor of the Jewish Chronicle) created a secret Zionist society at the University of Vienna. The reason he called Renan an 'antisemite' was because he wanted to advance the idea that the Ashkenazim had some meaningful connection to the Levant. He wanted - in other words - to define Jews as a 'race'.
No wonder this move was (nineteen years later) taken up with enthusiasm by a far-right journalist who most people (including almost all Zionists) credit with inventing the term - Wilhelm Marr.
Then as now, Zionists and Nazis are united in claiming the Jews are a race. They are not.
So the term 'semite' as advanced by Renan did not refer to the Ashkenazim. Do you know who it did refer to? Yes, Muslims. Much later Renan wrote that he had consecrated his life to the Jews and revealed an a note published after his death that he was 'without pity for Islam. I wish Islamism death with ignominy.'.
So, the term semite - as used by Renan - originally did not refer to Ashkenazi Jews at all and only - instead - to Muslims.
I wrote about this. Link in replies.
Bloomberg just dropped the most disturbing investigation I have read this year, and every AI builder should read it and take it seriously.
On February 28, two Tomahawk missiles hit an elementary school in Minab, a small town in southern Iran. 156 people died. At least 123 were children. The Pentagon knew within hours that it had bombed a school.
The school had its own website. It was labeled on Google Maps. You could see the soccer pitch from a satellite view. You could see the brightly painted walls. Any 12-year-old with a browser could tell what the building was.
The AI system could not.
Inside US Central Command, personnel were using Palantir's Maven Smart System. It is an AI targeting platform running on a $1.3 billion Pentagon contract, and embedded inside it is Anthropic's Claude.
On day one of the war, more than 1,000 targets went through it in 24 hours. Work that used to take a team hours per target got compressed into minutes.
The satellite imagery Maven was pulling from was seven years old. The site was still tagged in the database as an Islamic Revolutionary Guard facility.
The system spat it out as a recommended day-one target. Humans signed off. The first missile flew. Then a second one landed minutes later to hit the people who came to help.
Investigators later found that some Central Command staff had assumed Maven would flag stale intelligence for them. It did not. Nobody had told it to.
Palantir told Bloomberg the government is responsible for the underlying data. The Pentagon's civilian harm mitigation team, the people whose actual job is to catch a target like this, had been cut back before the war started.
This is not AI going rogue. This is the opposite.
This is AI doing exactly what it was built to do at exactly the speed it was built to do it. And a school full of little girls got vaporized because the humans in the loop trusted the machine more than they trusted their own eyes.
I keep thinking about the version of this story that comes next. What happens when the system is faster. When the target list is not 1,000 in a day but 10,000. When "review" becomes a button the operator has three seconds to hit before the next target loads. When there is no human left slow enough to notice that a soccer pitch is not a helipad.
We are not talking about a spam filter mislabeling an email. We are talking about a system that turned a seven-year-old database entry into two cruise missiles landing on children in the middle of a morning class.
A UN-backed panel has now called it a potential war crime.
In terms of children killed, it is the deadliest American targeting error of the entire 21st century. And according to Bloomberg, some of Defense Secretary Hegseth's own advisors are worried that too much public scrutiny of Maven might slow down its adoption inside the Pentagon.
Read that last line again.
If you build this stuff, you own what it does. You do not get to hide behind "the government owns the data." The whole pitch of your product is that speed and integration save lives. When it takes them instead, that is also on you.
I am not against AI in defense. I am against AI in a hurry. Speed is the entire mechanism that made Minab possible. Every guardrail we already know how to build takes time, and time is exactly what the system was designed to eliminate.
So here is the question I have not been able to stop asking, and I genuinely want to know what you think.
If a piece of software helped kill 123 children in a single morning while behaving exactly as designed, what does "responsible AI" even mean anymore?
Here is the honest version of the phrase "leader of the free world."
It means: the most powerful country on earth, whose power is currently organized around the protection of specific financial and political interests, whose justice system operates on a two-tier basis that is openly acknowledged by anyone who examines the sentencing data, whose documented history of protecting elite networks from accountability for crimes against children spans at least four decades and multiple administrations, and whose primary exports are weapons, financial instruments, and the cultural products that make all of the above seem normal.
Free world.
The word "free" is not a description of the people who live there.
It is a description of what the powerful within it are free to do.
They are free to traffic children.
They are free to bury the files.
They are free to pay the settlements.
They are free to keep the photographs.
They are free to attend the gala next month.
They are free to give the speech about "values."
They are free to point at another country, a poor country, a sanctioned country, a country that said no to the right people, and call that country a "threat to civilization."
And they are free to do all of this while the cameras are on, because the one thing they are most free from,
The one freedom that defines the whole arrangement,
Is accountability.
That freedom is the only one they were ever serious about protecting.
It’s crazy this even needs to be said, but if you are a westerner your ONLY job is to oppose the abuses of the western empire. Not Iran. Not China. Not Russia, Cuba or North Korea.
If you live in the US or one of its allied nations, then you live under the single most tyrannical and murderous power structure on earth, and that’s where your focus belongs. You do not have any legitimacy in squandering any of your energy and attention criticizing human rights abuses in empire-targeted nations while living under a globe-spanning empire that is fueled by a nonstop river of human blood. It is not okay for you to use your western privilege to attack the nations your own government is working to help absorb into the power structure you live under.
Whenever I say this online I’ll get some Trotskyist or anarchist babbling about the need to express “solidarity” with Iranian political prisoners or whatever, but whenever I press them on what actual, material benefit those expressions of “solidarity” bring to the people they’re meant to help, they can’t point to anything solid. Whereas I can point to some very obvious ways in which contributing to an imperial war propaganda campaign can help grease the wheels for real material actions which hurt actual Iranians.
If you’re a westerner, you have an obligation to use your voice responsibly. If you are feeding into the latest “the people in the empire-targeted nation need liberation from their evil tyrannical government” war propaganda narrative with your expressions of “solidarity” and your blind insistence on treating all bad things as equally bad, then you are using your western voice irresponsibly, and you are morally culpable for the mass slaughter you help facilitate with your recklessness.
It’s not okay to be a citizen of the western empire and act like human rights abuses in an empire-targeted nation are of equal or comparable concern to the far more egregious abuses of your own leaders and their allies. It’s also not okay to be a fully grown adult and believe the use of force in empire-targeted governments is happening separately from their targeting by the empire, as though Iran would look the way it looks today if the US and Israel had not been working to collapse and control it for generations.
Iran has only survived the latest imperial onslaught because Tehran tightly controls what happens in that country. The only reason we didn’t see Xinjiang absorbed into the western power umbrella with the help of CIA-backed separatists is because Beijing waged a sweeping crackdown on the extremist factions who’d been launching attacks in the province. The only reason North Korea has gone relatively unmolested by the western empire in recent years is because its government obtained nuclear weapons. It’s baby-brained analysis to pretend such things happen independently of the US and its allies working to take control of unabsorbed nations and force them into compliance with Washington’s capitalist world order.
The western empire therefore makes the world a crueler and more abusive place not only by its direct acts of cruelty and abuse, but by the way it forces its targets to choose between (A) annihilation and (B) using extreme amounts of force to retain their sovereignty. The empire we live under is responsible for the vast majority of the dysfunction and misery in our world, and yet you as a westerner want to spend your time yelling at Iran? Fuck off, man.

Let's talk about the Samson Option.
This is not a conspiracy theory. This is documented, publicly discussed Israeli nuclear doctrine.
The Samson Option refers to Israel's reported strategy of nuclear retaliation as a last resort, the idea that if Israel faces an existential threat, it will launch nuclear strikes even if it means mutual destruction.
It has been discussed by Israeli officials. It has been analyzed in mainstream Western strategic literature. Martin van Creveld, an Israeli military historian, said it plainly in an interview published in the Dutch magazine Elsevier in April 2002, and it has been quoted repeatedly since:
"We possess several hundred atomic warheads and rockets and can launch them at targets in all directions, perhaps even at Rome. Most European capitals are targets for our air force. We have the capability to take the world down with us. And I can assure you that that will happen, before Israel goes under."
This doctrine, of threatened nuclear annihilation as strategic deterrence, is treated in Western strategic circles as a rational, if sobering, security posture.
Iran's civilian nuclear program, which produced no confirmed weapon across decades of operation, which was subjected to the most intrusive inspection regime ever applied to any non-weapons state, which exists within a country that has signed the NPT and repeatedly engaged in negotiations, is treated as an existential threat to civilization.
The country with 90 warheads, no IAEA inspection in its history, no NPT signature, and a public doctrine of threatening regional nuclear annihilation is the victim.
The country with zero nuclear warheads and a uranium enrichment program is the aggressor.
Say it until you understand what you're actually saying.
Apple argues that AI models cannot do math.. not even the grade school math.
For years, labs like OpenAI and Google have bragged about near-perfect scores on benchmarks like GSM8K. They claimed AI had mastered logical problem-solving.
Apple decided to test if that was true.
They built a new benchmark called GSM-Symbolic. Instead of static questions, it uses templates to dynamically change names, numbers, and variables.
The results exposed a devastating truth.
When Apple changed the simple numbers inside a basic word problem, model accuracy plummeted. The AI wasn't solving the math. It was relying on pattern matching from its training data.
It was guessing based on familiarity, not reasoning.
Then they ran the test that exposed the illusion entirely.
They added a single, irrelevant clause to a math problem. Just a sentence of background text that looked important, but had zero impact on the actual calculation.
Every single frontier model, from ChaTGPT to Claude, suffered massive performance drops.
Some crashed by up to 65%.
Just by adding a piece of noise that a seven-year-old child could easily ignore.
The conclusion is blunt.
Current AI models do not possess genuine logical reasoning. They do not understand math. They are sophisticated mimicry engines replicating the shape of human logic without actually thinking.
When the pattern is clean, they look like geniuses.
The moment you introduce a minor twist, a variable change, or a distraction, the illusion shatters.
