@feelthebyrn1 Totally agree - the key is finding a better path and staying on it consistently. Tell your friend that even Type II Diabetes is reversible with sustained lifestyle changes - there is always hope and there are always choices!

This week a slide was shared on Twitter from a researcher's presentation at a major conference stating, "Non-surgical weight loss efforts are UNsuccessful over 97% of the time."
When asked the original research for that stat, a paper from 1959 was cited.
