A few years ago we asked whether KRAS could be drugged. Today we are discussing the best sequence of KRAS inhibitors, chemotherapy and combinations. Exciting times ahead, with many challenges still to solve. #ESMOGI26#PancreaticCancer#KRAS

About 25 years in pancreatic cancer, what we’ve really done is the same: rearranging treatment sequence and intensity.
For the first time, that cycle may be breaking👇

💥 Interview with Shiraj Sen | The Future of RAS-Targeted Therapy in Pancreatic Cancer
In a written interview with OncoDaily, Shiraj Sen, Principal Investigator of the phase III RASolute 303 trial and Director of Clinical Research at NEXT Oncology (Dallas), discussed the rationale and clinical implications of daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a multi-selective RAS(ON) inhibitor developed by Revolution Medicines, in metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
The discussion covered sustained RAS suppression in a disease where ~92% of tumors harbor RAS mutations, the three-arm design of RASolute 303 comparing daraxonrasib alone or with chemotherapy against standard care, and early clinical signals supporting this strategy.

My biggest takeaway: one of the strongest protectors against burnout is remembering that being an oncologist is not just a job—it’s a purpose of life. Reconnecting with our “why” matters. #advocacy#policy#oncology#HealthPolicy@healthpolicycop@ASCO
💥Glad to share our latest paper on biomarker overlap in GEA and its predictive/prognostic implications.
💊 First-line treatment in advanced GEA is increasingly complex.
🕵️♂️ Important insights in overlapping populations: PD-L1, CLDN18.2 and HER2.
