It's a pretty straightforward op (quick bursts of encrypted signal to satellites) but it takes a long time, so the enemy can't pick up the signal too. Terrain is also a factor.

@DivTraderDRIP These flyovers are used for training. They use it for precise timing, navigation, low-level flying, etc. It's a training mission and it's all things they do anyways. The fact that they do it for events for the public is an added bonus. It's not a waste of money.
