What industry other than airlines get away with selling you thousands of dollars of product and then delivering something entirely different than you purchased with zero negative repercussions for the business, only for the user?? 6 months ago I bought 3 tickets from LAX to BOS…
@JetBlue it just goes from bad to worse. Because you put us on an @AmericanAir flight, @jetblue won’t take responsibility for getting us home to BOS. We have spent hours on the phone and walking between terminals. No one will help.
Landing with my 7 and 9 yo in tow. They’re exhausted. Hotel and killing another day in an airport sounds rough. Probably renting a car and driving. Will get home at 4 AM if all goes well. Thanks @JetBlue! When you sell a direct flight, you should deliver a direct flight.
@DollarCars Your LAX location is a disaster! My 9 and 7 yo kids are falling apart here at 10 PST after our flight from BOS. We’ve been waiting an hour for a car we reserved two months ago. There are no cars available. First and last time I’ll rent from you.
