Update on Aryan Race/Invasion theory PIL Progress.

1. NCERT and SCERT, Tamil Nadu had provided a personal hearing opportunity, as per Honourable court direction.
2. NCERT and SCERT expert committees have endorsed our submission that "Aryan is not a racial category" and there was no proof of Aryan invasion.
3. The NCERT textbooks which were referred in our affidavit are obsoleted/are getting changed and new textbooks will not have “Aryan Race or Aryan Invasion” related contents.
4. Four out of the Six SCERT textbooks which were referred in our affidavit are obsoleted and the portions mentioned in our affidavit are deleted in the revised textbooks.
5. We thank the Honourable Madras High Court, NCERT and SCERT, Tamil Nadu authorities for providing the personal hearing opportunity.
6. We thank NCERT and SCERT, Tamil Nadu for reviewing our submissions and providing the necessary clarifications.

Next steps

7. Ishwara Krupa, we plan to request SCERT expert committee for clarifications on the remaining two textbooks referred in our affidavit and also about the expert committee feedback that “Aryan is a linguistic concept’” and certain references to “Indo-Aryan Migration”.

8. Ishwara anugraha, our next initiatives will be shared on March 30, the auspicious day of Ugadi.

1. Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Srirangam, Tamil Nadu is controlled by @tnhrcedept by FRAUD from 13.12.1951. There is NO legal order that exists appointing an Executive Officer to the temple. (I challenge @tnhrcedept to show an order by which Govt Executive Officer can function in this temple).

2. A servant of the @tnhrcedept is "appointed" as the "Fit Person" (SOLE TRUSTEE) of the temple. This is openly violating judgment of a Constitutional Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. This is also in violation of Section 25-A of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959.
Such "Fit Person" cannot call for major tenders as per the orders I obtained from Madras High Court.

3. Only 6 days ago the Hon'ble First Bench of the Chief Justice of Madras High Court categorically ruled that the surplus funds of a temple can be used only for the purposes permitted under the 1959 Act.
Yet, here comes a tender notice in complete violation of the judgment dated 09.01.2025.

Looters have no shame. They have to loot. Even if it is money of Bhagwan.

The illegally present Executive Officer and the Fit Person are going to spend 8.40 Crores on Facade illumination of temple towers. One fraud leads to another.

The other meaning of Facade is " deceptive outward appearance"

This meaning fits Govt control of Hindu Temples.

Sweden based Prof Swain has been maligning India viciously over years. He is a Swedish national. His OCI card was cancelled in 2023 for activities inimical to India. Rightly so. He will now need a visa to enter India.

He has moved the Delhi HC to obtain a visa to see his ailing mother (IE today). There is no need for the HC to interfere as this is not a judicial matter. It is for the executive to decide in the context of foreign policy and internal security considerations as there are larger underlying issues.

These relate to campaigns against India led by sections of OCI card holders abroad, including against India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity as well as tarnishing the country’s image abroad.

This Swedish national made his choice. He should live with it.
