BRICKETS PLEASE! Announcing the arrival of brick phone-compatible bus tickets on the ShuttleID platform. This innovation enables passengers to use bus tickets in a printed format, on smartphones, and now on brick phones. More info: https://t.co/FLhSHcOA9J
@dagorenouf Doing a demo and a “staff member” joins the call. Goes well but then shortly after the prospect announces working with a diff company. “Staff member” turns out to be a PM at this diff company, and they’re now posting screenshot of our product as their own. MFs are diabolical.
@alexwestco Congrats Alex. Did I see that right you were at $75k/y only as recent as Jan?! That’s impressive. Looks like you’ve unlocked a game changer by offering services too.
🚨 NEW! 🚨 Today we launch our new LIVE add-on which enables live vehicle tracking and real-time ticket scanning data, all within a single low-cost system for school bus services.

@txase I had this use case a while back and ran through pretty much all the above. The one other idea I had was to use Azure function to trigger the Lambda (via API gateway). Azure function looks to be able handle sub minute crons. Might be worth a look: https://t.co/Xht08dg71W

Item Explorer in new DynamoDB console seems quite buggy. Nearly had a heart attack when only one record consistently came back after a query, switch to old interface and all the precious data returns. Think I'll stick with the old console until it matures a bit.
BREAKING (fine it's a few hours old): Lambda just got per-ms billing! Check your logs, this is a huge savings: (alt: Duration: 35.05 msBilled Duration: 36 ms) @goserverless#Serverless
Had my first play with S3 data exports from DynamoDB processed with Athena today. This will unlock some major reporting capabilities (OLAP) for customers using DDB as their primary data store and I’m already getting a lot of value from it. #serverless#aws
Finally! This has been a pain to deal with on serverless stacks. Typically resource limit would always bite at the worst possible time. Really glad to see this drop. 🥳
Love to see this. Has been top 5 on my #awswishlist for a while. 🚀
You shouldn't use >200 resources in many stacks, but certain use cases (REST APIs w/ APIGW) can easily exceed that.
@GlennTownsend@firstserv I've tried calling, live chat and email. No updates on any medium, it's crazy. I'm starting my migration now. Good luck Glenn.
