@rahelab The semantics should be language-country. I don’t think there is a code for a region or market grouping. You may want to use “es” in this case
I was trying to describe to someone how to think about WCAG, and found myself saying:
“It isn’t a best-practice guide, it is a known-barriers guide.”
Design for people 1st (with a variety of interaction methods) and use WCAG as a baseline for avoiding issues.
