@clement_molin@clement_molin Is there any idea how many Russian forces are entrenched in the Kerson oblast? Surely they will start to be forced back due to bad logistics?
@DrewPavlou Mixed bag result from this rip, @DrewPavlou’s @elonmusk bot army came out swinging and so did the Drew haters.
@elonmusk blessings have certainly elevated your status.
@AvidCommentator Wouldn’t this be because Italy is further up the value added chain than we are? We would be a banana republic without resources if measured against gdp

@brianluidog@brianluidog Will never understand Australian pysche, most kids in Oz were raised with a backyard, playing sports and being outdoors. That was the norm, most people just want what they had. Having a backyard in HK is a foreign concept unless you are extremely wealthy. 🍎🍊
@DavidPocock@DavidPocock it’s also absurd that we subsidise EV, Solar and Wind when not everyone uses it or has ability to be supplied by it and are all manufactured overseas.
@IFM_Economist@IFM_Economist Not sure about the other cities, but those areas in Sydney with large O/S student populations, saw rents/values plummet, the LVR went to 30-35% which is unheard of in Sydney R/E.
@TheKouk@TheKouk The most alarming part of this growth is importing more people than are born here. We will by definition be a minority in our own country.
@DrCameronMurray@DrCameronMurray The Covid market should be used as an example, all those inner city apartments O/S previously occupied became a lot more affordable, banks started red listing those suburbs. It just cements the point migration causes increased housing demand.
