Glad to participate in another edition of the #RSCPoster Twitter Conference by @RoySocChem :) the poster below is an extension of the work I presented last year about potential viral inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2, but now ncluding other coronaviruses as well #RSCDigital
This work for the #RSCPoster event of @RoySocChem was done by my friend Samanta Camalhonte, she wouldn't be able to post it today so here it is :) it is about in silico vaccine design against coronaviruses #RSCDigital
@KatRWright@RoySocChem@PhysicsMagazine I was able to complete the main tasks I had to do this week for my research project before the event :) last year was a bit of a paradox where my own work didn't enable me to participate much due to the things I had to finish😅
@KatRWright@RoySocChem@PhysicsMagazine I'm enjoying the current event even more than I did last year. I'm having time to see more works and interact with more people :)
@KatRWright@RoySocChem@PhysicsMagazine I'm taking part because I find that the event is more accessible than offline ones in general, being a great opportunity to exchange knowledge in a dynamic way without leaving home in this pandemic
@KatRWright@RoySocChem@PhysicsMagazine Thank you for the question :) the pandemic has made me think a lot about time and what ifs. Back to the future was one of the sci-fi trilogies that was part of my childhood. I thought it'd symbolize hope of the possibility of different and better realities in a light way.

@pschwllr@RoySocChem After this initial ADMET screening and molecular docking, the top-scoring molecules on docking were further analyzed regarding other properties, such as hepatotoxicity, mutagenicity, carcinogenicity, among others

@pschwllr@RoySocChem First, we screened the molecules according to log P-related values based on the results of the ADMETlab 2.0 webserver, within the intervals the server considered as optimal for drug-like molecules
