@CanEditors@WileyGlobal Hi! We have one male EIC, and had 2 DEiCs (one male, one female), but the female DEiC recently quit. We are looking for a new female to take this position. We are also actively looking for new female SEs to lower the skewed sex ratio. Thanks for noticing!

@_juliejane Hello @_juliejane It was based on pronouns (she/her/he/his) when bios where available, and then a lot of checking the personal/work webpages of the editors of these 12 journals. We did our best :-)
Os animo a echar un vistazo a todo el hilo. Es hora de que los números cambien, y para ello hay que empezar por mostrar la desigualdad que tantos niegan #8M2020
@CanEditors@WileyGlobal Invitations to join the senior editorial board were balanced so far, acceptations -unfortunately- unbalanced. An excellent female scientist will soon join us, she accepted a few weeks ago and will be announced soon. Stay tuned.

Dear @ElsevierConnect, @WileyGobal, @ESA_org, @AnnualReviews. If Science is equal and meritocracy it the only rule, what the hell is going on here? (and let’s talk about diversity other day, e.g. we only saw 2 black men in the editorial boards of these 12 journals). #8M20
