@Graceann0143 I personally like smaller class sizes because I feel like my education is more individually designed for me. I feel like my teachers care more and pay more attention to my needs.
@steed_perry I think having strong support is important for teachers. I think validating how they are feeling is crucial to creating this support system.
@steed_perry These programs are not a part of your typical core classes that are offered for a student’s education. These programs are looked at as extracurricular, not as standard classes.
@tylerlitcircle I believe that making students know that they’re heard and that they’re opinions matter is crucial for them to know that they are competent and they are the ones in control of their learning.
@hannahp_au I think keeping students motivated is very important to their success in the classroom. Some ways we can do this is by continuous praise when they are doing well, or offering incentives for them to want to improve.
@CallieAntonCTEE I think students should be writing about their personal thoughts more often. If we give them more prompts about their lives and how they feel maybe it will help keep them engaged.
@nyberg_bailey The stereotypes put on POC is extremely sad, but it is our job as a generation to hopefully start to change that. Our only goal should be to move forward and away from these horrible stereotypes.
