@AsdaServiceTeam On 5/9/25 at 1130, Asda Hounslow No trolleys anywhere, outside store or in car park. Told by staff “we don’t have many". Tell me how I do a weekly shop with no trolley? Can only complain via X? Is that to reduce the number of characters in a complaint?

@PostOffice currently in a queue again at Hounslow post office. There are 20 people ahead of me and 12 behind. It is always like this and the 2 poor counter staff have to deal with extremely frustrated customers.
Increase the number of staff here or close it down. Ridiculous

@TfL dreadful driving by one of your buses 222 towards Hounslow - dangerously overtook us on Bath Road, Hounslow close to Hounslow West tube, 20mph zone at 1202 midnight. Please check and reported to police. Shocking.

@McDonaldsUK once again at Heathrow branch - restaurant open, toilets closed AGAIN. Supposed be be open until 10pm, not tonight 🤷‍♀️ is this even legal for a restaurant?????

@McDonaldsUK why are the toilets in your Hounslow restaurant (near Heathrow Airport) always closed? Every night, closed at 10pm and last 2 nights closed and door taped - unavailable sign. Surely if a restaurant is open and people dining inside, toilets have to be available 🤷‍♀️

@CostaCoffee 26/8/23 around 4pm. I was sat outside when I sent the post. I don’t need you to do anything for me, I was so cross when I went in to ask for a replacement and the server said “you have eaten it” when one bite was taken, otherwise how would I know it was stale?

@CostaCoffee Hounslow East branch, near Argos, ordered a raspberry bake - stale and rock hard, one bite, inedible. Took back to be told can’t exchange for a fresh cake. Disgraceful. Ever coming to this branch again.

@asda what’s happening at Asda Hounslow? No milk today, bananas unfit for human consumption, bought 4 apples 3 are so damaged they are inedible. Apply some common sense to reduced packaging. They are coming back tomorrow…
