Huge ups to @AmericanAir, who is single-handedly botching our family vacation. They were delayed out of PHX for a DFW flight because of weather, so they were sent to SAN, delayed, then SENT TO DFW, then told they missed their flight to CHS because they couldn’t deplane on time
