A1: We reimagined our conventional "Open House" to a Back to School Block Party. To provide access to more families we hosted a community expo...families were able to connect with resources & sign up for sports/activities in the community..It was a WILD success!!! #MLDSchat

NEW!! Episode 11 of #TheInterviewChair is out - No Student Wants to Be a Failure. I have never met such a student, but I encountered many in the last 30+ years who tried to fool me. I hope you will give it a listen at https://t.co/eagkOSaBbw #Recalibrate#Culturize

While the principal is the thermostat, the culture of a school is created by everyone in the school. Walk in a school and see how the front office staff talks and interacts or the staff /teachers in the hallway. Everyone is ultimately responsible for a positive school culture.
