@nationalrailenq Hi my full journey is Tottenham Hale to Kings Lynn (with my bike) with Great Northern. I think my ticket is London terminals but not 100% sure.
@AlanLevinovitz I live in Europe and have type one diabetes. When I travel to the US, the food is objectively worse. Even at Trader Joeβs I canβt eat the bread. Sugar and ultra processed ingredients are higher in similar US foods than they are in Europe.
@Hertz - loving our Opel Astra from Geneva. We can access the electric plug via the flap but the flap for access to the fuel cap doesnβt work. It should be a very simple push to gain access. Swiss customer service number isnβt being answered. Please help!
@jamesdoble Haha - well tell it to wish clients Happy Christmas for a start! Also are you trolling your clients? Obviously they should all have been selling bonds in 2022.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but #ChatGPT is the most incredible tool I can remember experiencing. Feels like a pivotal moment in history. Well done @OpenAI. After a few days use I can barely imagine life without it.
@feelthebyrn1 Add yoghurt and fermented foods like kimchi (see eg @timspectorβs work on gut health). Controversial on twitter but cut meat out or to minimum (eg @davidasinclairβs work on longevity and health span).
@kittysquiddy hmm this is tricky - I've locked my account (I think) but most won't be able to read replies. And there is a cost to many for going private. Agree with another user that discord would be better.
@HughFW@rivercottage We get a local organic veg bag. Contents are as local as possible and suppliers pairs a fair wage. We pick up from a collection point and veg is in recycled bags. Iβm convinced itβs sustainable but that said this was the next tweet in my feed after yours: https://t.co/5A6zT6RjyR
If you want to reduce your carbon footprint, focus on what you eat, not whether your food is local.
The chart shows why: transport tends to account for only a small share of greenhouse gas emissions β the differences between different food choices are much larger.
@kittysquiddy to retain exposure. Some wouldnβt have been able to meet these calls and would have been forcibly delevered only have to been re-levered at lower rates for a very large opportunity loss.
@kittysquiddy Iβm sure thatβs true in aggregate. If smaller funds were doing LDI via pooled vehicles they may have taken big losses after the mini budget. There were/are products similar to inverse ETFs which target leverage (eg 3x) and these were asking clients for large margin calls in order
@dwrowland Thanks - will listen to this. Iβve now started nasal breathing for all my easy training and can sustain a little above aerobic threshold. Amongst the claimed benefits is higher tolerance to CO2 in the blood and less need to breath - saving energy on breathing.
