@virginmedia I’m waiting for a call from your broadband expert. It’s been 3 hours. Can you help? I’m on hold again to helpline. Already spent 1h40 on this morning. I’ve had no internet for 2 days. My husband is trying to teach online with schools now closed.
@virginmedia I have spent 3 hours on the phone to you to get this far. I don’t want to have to do the same again all day tomorrow. Surely I can just speak to one person? I can’t submit online as I don’t have a virginmedia email address
@virginmedia Could you please request someone call me so that I can complain? I have tried and failed to do this via your phone line. Apparently the complaint I spent time giving to your rep has been closed even though it hasn’t been resolved
@virginmedia Ok so in essence I continue to have zero internet connection until the engineer visit. There are no slots until Wednesday. And you have no other solutions. Even though myself and my husband have to wfh. I guess I’ll spend another few hours on the phone again
@virginmedia I understand. I’m asking if you can request for me they try again. Rather than me waiting to get through on the phone? I wouldn’t have been able to do that no. It was a very important and sensitive call I was on.
@virginmedia That’s so frustrating. I can’t exactly hang up from work meetings...can they not call again? I’ve been passed from pillar to post today. No one is giving consistent advice or information. Or a solution. I’m probably about to get passed around when I finally get through now

@TLRailUK is the 17.12 from St Panc to Sutton cancelled tonight? Every night this week it shows as running up until shortly before, and then is cancelled. I'm keen to plan ahead and find an alternative so would appreciate some transparency from you. Thx
@TLRailUK Yep, why is it cancelled? Is this permanent as it has been 5 days in a row? It impacts my childcare so I'm keen to know as I'm sure you can understand
