🧬One key question is that the efficacy of PARP inhibitors (PARPi) is not the same for all genetic alterations.
🧬🧬Secondly, with current methods, it's challenging to assert that we can accurately detect all these alterations.
🧬🧬🧬A third point is that, especially in countries where access to PARP inhibitors isn't an issue, we use ARPIs during the hormone-sensitive phase. This makes it less likely to find ARPI-naive patients for PARPi-ARPI combination therapy in the castration-resistant phase.
