Oh @amtrak. Love paying Acela prices for a train slowed to 79 MPH for whole trip (now crawling from Philly to NYC) and adding *hours* to trip, usual weather/track issues @PeteButtigieg 30-50% of my trips on NEC significantly delayed. Don’t even start on Wifi 🙄🙄 #amtrak #acela

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@Amtrak @AmtrakNECAlerts ugh how do we leave DC after the engine switch on NE regional 176 and 5 minutes later the engine goes out? there is no way to confirm the engines work? #Amtrak

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@Amtrak sigh. $543 for RT NEC ticket DC-STM, train hour late and no WiFi. This is so common - can we improve at least one of the 3 (pricing, WiFi, punctuality?) #amtrak #Selectplus

@GNRB @StarbucksCare @Starbucks Mine does the same thing. I authenticate, hit the Close button to play and nothing appears. Goes back to the main page. I’m fully logged in. Frustrating

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@TruistNews I need help and can’t find a chat or option to call me back. Scheduling appt in app just shuts down app. Wait times > 60 minutes. Please provide options for hoe to get help. Thank you

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@SouthwestAir What does that mean? Sorry there are very few flights to the DC area and must be on a connecting by tomorrow morning.

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@SouthwestAir can you share why flight 170 HOU-DCA is delayed? Crew? Looks like plane is there and DCA is clear thanks critical to get to DC tonight

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@Delta why is flight 2551 DTW-DCA randomly cancelled?

[Victoria Borton @catviccer]

@TruistNews I had Crestar then SunTrust for 30 years. @TruistNews is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t unlock my debit card, mobile app is a disaster. I’m fully done and moving my $$
