@forrestbrazeal "Built" has connotations of constructing the final form of something, a uniquely developer activity. Others designed it, advocated for it, prioritized it, planned it, championed it, tested it, unblocked it, or just plain worked on it. But the developers built it.

@LeaVerou @simonswiss @zeldman @mezzoblue @tailwindcss I'm not trying to avoid writing those those CSS properties and values. I'm trying to not be bothered with the low-level details any time I write CSS. I want to write them once and then most of the time only think about composing them into more complex styles.

I'd love to be able to create composable, named abstractions of styles like no-mouse, no-select, ellipsize-text, containing-block, etc.
