@DHLGlobal since when was leaving a parcel on a doorstep and saying I signed for it acceptable? I haven’t signed for it, I’m not in. And it’s impossible to contact customer services. Useless

@British_Airways a thought: do these tags really need to be plastic? Would paper tags, or better yet nothing be a more environmentally friendly option? Considering these were completely ignored by most passengers on a recent flight I took, they seem a little wasteful.

On a freezing cold day with tube strikes and rain, @TfL west London bus services have been a complete disaster. Busses stopping short on routes, no drivers for shift changes so the bus just stopped, and busses flying past stops. It’s normally so good - what happened?
