@headout I had booked dessert safari vide my booking I'd 20457947, but due to some reason I want to cancel this booking for which I had already done cancellation since 6 days still my booking not get cancelled and I had not received my refund, Pl look in to this

Also tried to getting it from MMT but not able to download since a many days and no customer support for this

But till date no invoice / contract paper is received to us. We had called many time to agent and also raised query on portal still we had not received the invoice

I was required branch contact details so after 14 mins of call on customer care portal they provided me two landlines no of marol maroshi branch. That is also not working. No one picking call onthat. So if customer have some query they have to go branch.?

@IncomeTaxIndia one of nri client don't have his password of portal. Also he is not having mobile no. Register with aadhar nor having access to registered mobile and Email id. He had raised query to income tax many time for password but he is not getting.. help on this
