Contrary to all the speculations, the USA/IRA/ISRAEL war, in my opinion is 'NO ViCTOR NO VANQUISH'. Firstly Iran got what is it's legitimate right under international law, USA lost nothing than it's self impose right of policing the world, while the Israeli got the right to exist

Registered voters, mean the amount registered in a an area.. usually even in the last election you can hardly get 50% of registered voters in any election, cos most are either dead, double registration or relocate
