@OctopusEnergy I emailed yesterday asking to change my electricity tariff from Tracker to Agile. How long should I expect to wait for a reply. Will the tariff change be from when I sent the email?
@OctopusEnergy Thanks for this. Looking at both the Tracker and the Agile tariffs the current versions have been there for a while so I wasn't sure if new versions were due to look at the standing charges etc before making a decision.
@OctopusEnergy Will Tracker and Agile tariffs be updated to reflect the changes from the budget seeing the end of the Energy Company Obligation from 31 March 2026 and the Renewables Obligation being 75% funded from general taxation?

@MartinSLewis@Ed_Miliband I had issues getting my smart meters to work when I was with Shell Energy who weren't interested in fixing. After moving to @OctopusEnergy they got it sored and I now benefit from their Tracker tariff.
@MartinSLewis@MartinSLewis A great listen as always. Just one point I think you have inadvertently described the Octopus Agile and Tracker tariffs the wrong way round. The Tracker adjusts the price every day, whilst the Agile adjusts every half hour. I know that is what you meant to say ๐
@ScottishYouthFA Why is there a 3 week transition period? Surely now that the system is locked it can be transferred from the old system to the new one and the new one taken into use.
@premierinn Stayed at one of your hotels on Friday night. At 0711 the receptionist came into our room thinking it was empty. As a result my wife and I didn't get back to sleep. Mentioned we weren't happy when we checked out but the receptionist wasn't very sympathetic.
