@rwenzori_ Demolish and fix it. It’s probably caused by a poor mix ratio (too lean). So fix that and do proper compaction and the problem is solved.

No clean water, no proper toilets and overcrowding leads to open defecation or filthy shared latrines.

Poor families will often choose food over building toilets. Poverty blocks access to sanitation infrastructure and the ability to improve it.
