I attended the in-person @jhanatech retreat last month and had a mind-blowing experience! I accessed several jhanic states and this caused a massive update to my world model.

@BreatheLesss recently AQI was bad so I slept with the window closed and air filters running (usually window open and no air filter needed). Woke up after 4 hours with high BPM didn’t sleep for 3 more hours. Let in outside air following night and hasn’t happened again.
