In reference to what? Read between the lines. Law enforcement just happens to be close enough to intercept someone “quickly packing a vehicle with belongings”?

The average response for a high priority 911 call is 10-15+ minutes. Now call the FBI NTOC who calls Kansas City agent who calls Jacksonville who calls satellite office who calls the sheriff to do a traffic stop.

As if they weren’t already in the area following up on open leads.

As for the original tip(s) coming into NTOC - of course I would also call to document my potential share of the reward cash after seeing or talking to law enforcement in the neighborhood.

Chicago uber drivers built diff. Some Ubers accept the trip knowing they ain’t coming to get you. hope you cancel & they get a fee. Most hold on for 5 or 10 mins before giving up but Ahmad held on for 45 MINS!
