Just when you think CVS couldn't go lower. It appears that CVS may have engaged in practices that are very concerning. According to a legislator, CVS allegedly utilized patient data to create the false impression that patients were contacting legislators regarding legislation aimed at preventing insurance company PBMs from owning pharmacies. It seems patients were unaware of CVS's use of their data in this manner.
