@hsbc Hi, I’ve opened a new premieaccount, my card hasn’t arrived yet. It said 4 working days, my account is due to switch on Friday. I just called the Helpdesk and they can’t even tell me when it was posted as I don’t have security information yet. Please advise what I can do.
@BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?
@multibanco Why have you setup your machines in Portugal so that it asks you to accept your rip off exchange rate even after you select the local currency? Even the staff don’t know how to avoid it. I obviously know why, but this should not be allowed! @ecb.
@easyJet Please can I have a response on this. I was told to submit all my documents to the insurance team. They replied without contents of the mail and I’ve now had a mail saying they can’t help but obviously they didn’t tell me where to submit them too. Where should I send them to?!
@easyjet it’s been nearly a month now since I contacted you regarding compensation for my 3 hr delayed flight. I’ve had 3 incoherent emails that miss most of the information. I’ve replied to all emails without a response. Getting ignored on messages too. Please advise.
@Jason_epi@Kloon2009@anishmoonka It’s also not true. In many if not all cases the price per mile on a Swiss train is cheaper than in the U.K. and the experience is worlds apart.
@easyJet I submitted a claim on 4th April as my flight from Gatwick to Palma was delayed by over 3 hours. You have sent a response which appears that you are incorrectly denying compensation but most of the email is missing. There is no details of any decision.
@easyJet oh how you never fail to deliver on a delay. Over 3 hrs on the way out, excited to see how much I’m delayed on the way back. Can I assume I need to get to the airport at the same time in the desperate hope that your huge efforts to bring things forward will pan out?

@easyJet DM told me nothing and pointed me to a link for a site that doesn’t recognise my flight number. I’d like a proper explanation of this delay and details of how I can get compensation. Why is it delayed for so long?
