There are ~80,000 Ukrainians who live in NYC, most of whom have family and loved ones in Ukraine. We’ve partnered with @veselkanyc, a #nyc Ukrainian restaurant that’s collecting much needed food & supplies to ship to #Ukraine. Please donate today! https://t.co/C6EXbb7NbU
24 hours after the start of the Ukraine invasion, 60 employees at Kuchnia Vikinga worked all night to prepare & pack meals. They delivered 4500 meals to Dorohushk, Medyka and Przemysl, all at the Polish border with Ukraine.
Our #purpose is to raise #funds in support of an on the ground catering alliance working at the border in Poland, led by @kuchniavikinga, delivering meals to #refugees, their host families and those fighting in the resistance. No donation is too small. See link in bio.
Watching @ZelenskyyUa is awe inspiring. He is the Elected leader of a democratic nation and his life is on the line. Compare him to the American cowards who buckled at mean tweets from Trump and allowed him to assault American democracy with lies and poisonous conspiracies.
Someone posted a photo of this 80-year-old who showed up to join the army, carrying with him a small case with 2 t-shirts, a pair of extra pants, a toothbrush and a few sandwiches for lunch. He said he was doing it for his grandkids.
I’m proud to announce that I am nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve on the Supreme Court. Currently serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, she is one of our nation’s brightest legal minds and will be an exceptional Justice.

I encourage private businesses like restaurants & stadiums to switch to vaccine-only admission.
If you say to people, “If you don't have a vaccine, you can't get into these establishments”—then you'll see a real incentive to get vaccinated.
In honor of #Pride and 10 years of Marriage Equality, landmarks across the State were lit last night in the colors of the pride flag.
