@glynhudson @heatpolicyrich We run into similar issues with the Daikin EPRA units since they have a 6kw immersion back up. the theoretical max power draw is 10kW+ which is the threshold for further investigation from UK power networks when we apply to connect

I saw that @OVOEnergy opened up the 15p/kwh HP tariff to all @vaillantuk heat pumps. On the Ovo website, it states that it’s only valid for the first 100 customers. Is that correct?

@annettedittert I thought that only applies to non-German citizens living in Germany, but glad to hear it also allows Germans that live abroad get dual citizenship!

A customer has problems with the Octopus Intelligent / zappi integration. Octopus keeps throwing an error "We were unable to control your device". The car is charging but he can't tell when. Any ideas? @OctopusEnergy @myenergiuk @sarah_go_green

Homes are one of the most personal items; absurd that you only offer one option.
