Nobody claims states can “block” ICE from operating. What they can do is decline cooperation, deny local resources, and set rules for local law enforcement. The Constitution’s anti-commandeering doctrine makes that clear. Federal power isn’t the same thing as forced state participation.

Especially when ICE is being used as a personal revenge militia.
