Random rotations → Beta distributions → optimal 3-bit quantization → 6x memory savings on LLM KV caches.

Way easier to grok when you can drag a slider and watch the math happen.

This algorithm uses one of my favourite theorems in math, the Johnson-Lindentrauss Lemma, which says you can drastically reduce the dimensionality of n points to just log(n) dimensions and still preserve pairwise distances

We trained a transformer to predict directions for NYC taxi rides. The model was good. It could find shortest paths between new points

At tonight’s City Council meeting Bayfront is moving forward. It is an 8000 unit site on the west side of Jersey City of which 35% of the units will be true affordable housing. It is a major milestone for Jersey City and I couldn’t be more proud to see this project finally happen. It is a model for what a mixed income development can be.
